Monday Made It - Elsa Capes {Revisit} and May Close Read

I actually have something crafty to share. But, it's not school-related. Please forgive me ;) I actually shared it already, but they're too cute not to share again.

I made these Elsa capes for my two girls. I need to attach the snowflakes accents, but my girls love them! I am pretty sure at this point they can reenact every scene...

The colors in this pic are horrid - the one on the left is light pink and the one of the right is light purple.

I got the buttons sewn on. I found these fantastic sparkly snowflake button at Joanne's. Well, they are almost snowflakes. They do have eight parts, but the girls don't seem to mind the inaccuracy.

{Here} is where I found the easy tutorial. I actually did it myself instead of together because I'm a little (lot) OCD...

I have also been working on more monthly close reading for older kids. I just released May at 25% off. If you are interested, click {here} or on the picture to go take a look!
